If you decide you would like to list your property with a licensed real estate broker, but would like to continue renting your home for short term vacation rentals, we offer two alternative solutions:

• We have established exclusive relationships with international multi-lingual Realtors. This would allow proper co-ordination of sales visits during short term rentals, without disturbing any potential short term vacationing guests.
  
  
• The property owner would exclude all short term rentals, up to 60 days, from the real estate contract signed with the Realtor. Please have your real estate professional contact us and we will gladly assist in reviewing your listing contracts.
